Graphius Group welcomes Artoos
Graphius Group continues its expansion with the acquisition of Artoos. Its activities will be integrated into Antilope De Bie in Duffel, part of Graphius Group, while Artoos will continue as a trusted brand. Clients will continue to work with their familiar contacts and benefit from the same high level of service and expertise, now enhanced by the scale, production capacity and innovative capabilities of Graphius Group.
With this acquisition, Graphius Group further strengthens its position as a full-service provider of marketing print. Artoos brings extensive expertise in direct marketing and marketing automation. In addition, its many years of experience in communications for the public sector represent a valuable and complementary addition to the Group’s existing activities.
Another key asset is the MOOOSE online marketing platform, which enables organisations to centrally manage, personalise and efficiently distribute communication materials to multiple users and locations, both in print and across a wide range of digital channels. This digital solution perfectly supports Graphius Group’s ambition to provide clients with fully integrated offline and online communication solutions.
By combining the complementary expertise of Antilope De Bie and Artoos, a strong centre of excellence is being created in Duffel, where creativity, data, automation and premium-quality printing reinforce one another. For clients, this means access to an even broader range of services, deeper specialist expertise and additional capacity for complex projects.
Denis Geers, CEO of Graphius Group: “Artoos is a strong and highly complementary addition that perfectly aligns with our vision. Their expertise in public sector communications, marketing print and the MOOOSE platform significantly expands our offering. This enables us to support our clients even better with fully integrated communication solutions, both digital and print.”
Leen Artoos: “Very little will change for our clients: they will continue to rely on the same people, the same service and the same expertise. At the same time, they will gain access to the extensive capabilities of Graphius Group. I look forward to building sustainable solutions for our clients together.”
Bart De Bie, CEO of Antilope De Bie: “We are delighted to welcome Leen and her team to Duffel. Our activities complement each other perfectly. By combining our knowledge and experience, we create new opportunities for our clients while further strengthening Graphius Group’s position.”
With the integration of Artoos, Graphius Group takes another important step in its growth strategy. By bringing together complementary businesses, the Group continues to invest in innovation, digitalisation and integrated communication solutions for companies, organisations and public authorities.
